Upload your tender pack. Get a full breakdown — scope by trade, risks flagged, missing information identified, RFIs ready to send, and a clear go/no-go verdict. JCT, NEC and bespoke contracts. Reviewed by a senior estimator.
Tender packs now run to hundreds of pages across drawings, specs, schedules, appendices and clarifications. One missed clause — in a JCT, NEC or bespoke contract — turns a competitive price into a loss-making contract.
A large tender swallows 2–3 working days just to get the basics right. That's time your estimators aren't pricing, qualifying or submitting stronger bids.
Missed exclusions, silent assumptions and buried requirements are margin killers. The commercial damage appears after award — when it's too late.
Conflicting specs across drawings, schedules and appendices create disputes, rework and variation battles that erode your profit on every job.
Submission rules, accreditations, insurance thresholds and clarifications are scattered across the pack. Miss one and you're disqualified.
These are the items that don't make it into most bids — until they become costly disputes after award.
TenderScope scans drawings, specs, schedules and addenda to flag the issues most commonly missed during bid review — before you submit your price.
A four-stage workflow combining AI speed with real-world construction judgment — built by someone who has actually reviewed and priced tenders.
Fill in the form and upload your documents. PDFs, drawings, specs, schedules, addenda — we handle every format construction tendering throws at you.
The system processes the full pack — extracting scope by trade, specifications, key dates, JCT/NEC/AIA contract conditions, submission requirements and every risk flag across all documents.
A senior estimator with real UK and US construction experience reviews every finding — removing false positives, adding commercial context, and checking contract-specific risks for JCT, NEC and AIA forms.
A structured PDF report — risk register, missing information log, RFIs, cost intelligence, procurement strategy, estimator scope breakdown and a clear go/no-go verdict — ready within 24 hours.
Every Tender Intelligence Report covers the full commercial picture — from contract conditions and scope gaps through to RFIs, risk register and go/no-go verdict. Built for subcontractors, main contractors and estimators.

TenderScope started as a personal frustration. After two decades of reviewing complex tender and bid packages under time pressure — on both sides of the Atlantic — knowing that one missed clause or buried specification could cost tens of thousands, it became clear that contractors needed better tools, not just more time.
Most AI tools in construction are built by tech companies who've never priced a job. TenderScope is different. Every analysis step, every risk flag, every RFI suggestion is based on how a real estimator actually reads a tender or bid package — JCT, NEC, AIA or bespoke — because that's exactly how it was designed.
If you've ever submitted a tender or bid and found out later you missed something that should have been obvious — a buried clause, a scope gap, an onerous contract condition — this was built for you.
Submit your first tender or bid package for free. No commitment, no software to install — just a clearer commercial picture before you price.
